Die auf meiner Homepage aufgeführten Werke sind verkäuflich. Der Mindestpreis ist in Euro angegeben und gerne erhalte ich Ihr Preisangebot. Preise sind „ab Werk“ = Lieferungskosten sind zusätzlich. Es sind Netto-Preise, Mehrwertsteuer wird keine erhoben.
Bei Interesse führe ich gerne mit Ihnen ein Telefonat, oder ein Video-Telefonat FaceTime / WhatsApp oder Skype.
Am besten machen Sie sich natürlich einen Eindruck von meiner Kunst bei einem Besuch bei mir zu Hause.
Ich bitte um vorherige Termin-Vereinbarung.
Jedes Kunstwerk wird von mir signiert und erhält ein schriftliches Zertifikat mit Bestätigung der Echtheit, der Einmaligkeit als Einzelstück, und eine kurze Beschreibung des Werkes und seiner Entstehungsgeschichte.
Bei Abholung bei mir zu Hause oder bei Lieferung bitte ich um Barzahlung in Euro oder in Schweizer Franken nach Tageskurs zum Euro. Nach Kaufabschluß und Barbezahlung oder Überweisung übergebe ich Ihnen das Kunstwerk transportfertig verpackt für Pkw. Im Einzelfall ist auch Postversand möglich.
Gern helfe ich auch beim Aufstellen, finden eines geeigneten Platzes an Ihrem Ort, soweit die Entfernung zu Ihnen nicht zu groß ist, und liefere das Kunstwerk persönlich zu Ihnen. Einzelheiten nach Vereinbarung.
Nach Kaufabschluß und Bezahlung gehört das Kunstwerk Ihnen. Ich behalte mir nur das Recht vor, Fotos vom verkauften Kunstwerk weiter zu veröffentlichen. Auf meiner Homepage sind die Objekte unter „verkauft“ zu sehen, ohne Angaben über Sie noch über den Preis.
Eine Garantie und Gewährleistung besteht nicht, eine Rückgabe ist nicht möglich.
Es handelt sich um künstlerische Einzelstücke, die einem natürlichen Veränderungsprozess durch Alterung, Patina, etc. unterliegen. Das ist ja das Lebendige.
Eine Garantie und Gewährleistung für Funktion beweglicher und elektrischer Teile wird nicht übernommen.
Die elektrischen Teile sind sicher verarbeitet. eine Ausführung nach Industrie-Normen ist aber nicht vorhanden, da es sich um ein Künstlerisches Werk handelt. Eine Haftung für Schäden beim Umgang mit elektrischen oder beweglichen Teilen ist ausgeschlossen. Dies wird vom Käufer im Kaufvertrag ausdrücklich anerkannt.
Bei technisch beweglichen Teilen und bei elektrisch angetriebenen Teilen unterstütze ich gerne bei kleinen Wartungsarbeiten kostenfrei mit Videokonferenz für den Zeitraum von 2 Jahren. Nach Ablauf von 2 Jahren ab Kauf berechne ich Kosten nach Zeitaufwand bei Wartungsarbeiten, Neu-Aufstellung etc.

The works listed on my homepage are for sale. The minimum price is in Euro and I will be happy to receive your price offer. Prices are „ex-work“ = delivery costs are additional. They are net prices, VAT is not charged.

Each work of art is signed by me and receives a written certificate with confirmation of authenticity, uniqueness as a single piece, and a brief description of the work and its genesis.
In case of pickup at my home or delivery I ask for cash payment in Euro or in Swiss Francs according to the daily exchange rate to the Euro. After completion of the purchase and cash payment or bank transfer, I will hand over the work of art packed ready for transport by car. In individual cases, postal shipping is also possible.
I will also gladly help you with the installation, find a suitable place at your location, as long as the distance to you is not too great, and deliver the work of art personally to you. Details according to agreement.
After purchase and payment, the artwork is yours. I only reserve the right to publish photos of the sold artwork.
On my homepage you can see the objects under „sold“, without any information about you nor about the price.
A guarantee and warranty does not exist, a return is not possible.
These are unique artistic pieces, which are subject to a natural process of change due to aging, patina, etc.. That is the beauty of life. A guarantee and warranty for function of moving and electrical parts is not assumed.
The electrical parts are safely processed. However, a design according to industrial standards is not available, because it is an artistic work. A liability for damages when handling electrical or moving parts is excluded. This is expressly acknowledged by the buyer in the purchase contract.
For technically moving parts and for electrically driven parts, I will gladly assist with minor maintenance work free of charge with video conferencing for the period of 2 years. After the expiration of 2 years from purchase, I charge costs according to time spent on maintenance work, new set-up, etc.
